The most common thing that can happen here is that the email address you entered in the checkout had a typo, so instead of it being sent to you, it was sent to the mis-typed email address that you had entered.
If this is the case, and you can see that the payment has come out on your credit / debit or PayPal or Afterpay account, simply email us with the amount of the order, date that you placed the order, the full name that the order was placed under and payment method and we can forward you your order confirmation. It helps also if you can include the transaction ID if it is with PayPal or the Afterpay Order ID.
If you didn't receive an order confirmation email and the amount was not deducted from your chosen payment method, then it's likely the order has not gone through. If you jump back onto our website, these items may still be in your cart. You can check your shopping cart for any messages in case one of the items is no longer in stock, which may have prevented the order going ahead in the first place.
