Using A Gift Voucher

If you have been given a voucher, credit from a previous order or won one of our competitions on social media and have been given a discount code, these can be used online, in store, or both. For example, you could spend some of your voucher online and the rest of it in store.

Gift Vouchers never expire, and do not required to be spent all in one transaction. 

Using a Gift Voucher online:

In the final stage of the checkout, click the arrow to toggle the "I have a Gift Voucher or Discount Code" field to show

Enter the gift voucher code you have been given in the field and click Apply Discount

The discount amount will be deducted from your order subtotal.

NOTE: there is currently an issue using gift vouchers with PayPal, as there is a system discrepancy between the amounts, so if you are using a gift voucher and there is a balance to be paid to complete your order, it will need to be paid with credit card.

Using a Gift Voucher In Store

Present the voucher code (either on your mobile or printed out) so that the voucher code is clear to the staff member to enter into our system. Our staff can also check your balance.
