If you are having trouble getting your order in, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try
- Go to the cart page - if one of the items in your cart has sold out while you were still completing your order, it will prevent your order from going through. Head to the cart page, and see if there are any messages coming up against any of the items. If there are you can adjust your quantities or remove items as needed, then head back to the checkout
- Are your shipping rates coming up? If there are no shipping rates coming up, this is normally an issue with the address. Make sure you have your country and state is selected in the dropdown boxes. Sometimes autofilled fields will add an invisible spacebar at the end of your post code and/or suburb field. Completely delete both your post code and suburb, tapping the right arrow key a few times after it is deleted and then pressing the backspace a few more times to ensure any invisible spaces have been removed, then type (not autofill) your post code and suburb letter for letter
- Are you getting the message 'your address cannot be saved'? If so - see this article
- Try emptying your browser cache, or opening the website in a private or incognito window. This can solve individual browser based issues. See individual instructions below for common browsers
