We have encountered some users experiencing this message.
If this happens to you, here are the steps to resolve.
If you are NOT logged into your account:
Reopen the website in a Private or "Incognito" window and try again (click here for instructions)
If you ARE logged into your account:
Go to My Account - Address Book - (click here to open in a new browser)
Next to all of your saved addresses, click the DELETE button
Once you have deleted all of your saved addresses, log out of the website
Then, reopen the website in a Private or "Incognito" window and try again (click here for instructions)
Sign in to your account
Head back into the checkout, this time you will need to type out your address in full. Hopefully this should solve the issue.
